Welcome to Learning with Canvas at UIW!

This is a general Canvas orientation, offered to help you get comfortable with the online environment used in your courses. However, courses you register for are created by your instructors and may include additional features, such as digital textbooks, not covered here.

If you work through each lesson, this course takes about an hour and a half to complete. You might choose to skim some topics and come back later. You keep access to this course as long as you're a student at UIW.

Prepare your computer to help Canvas work correctly.

Use the most common Canvas features to communicate and complete your work.

Get help if you have tech trouble or course questions.

We also recommend using Immersive Reader to have the text read aloud or translated to a language of your choice.
